ITS ConGlobal Website Redesign Project

ITS ConGlobal is North America’s largest integrated intermodal services provider.  With over 4,000 employees, they provide auto, depot, rail, and transport services at over 120 facilities across the U.S, Mexico, and Costa Rica. The challenge for this web design project was to bring together several independent websites, representing different services within the company, and build a new website with a cohesive, unified brand identity.

The other driving force for this project was employee recruitment.  The main call-to-action was “Join Our Team”, and an external job portal website (a talent acquisition software site for businesses called icims.com) was linked to the company pages for prospective employees to apply for employment. I worked within a team consisting of the major company stakeholders as well as a marketing specialist over a period of several months to complete this website design project.
